"Fibre-Seal" Inserts are cords by X-tra Seal designed for professional repairs of tubeless tires. They have a reinforced core inside, surrounded by rubber, along with a gray layer of active compound. The appropriate layer of flexible rubber is used for a durable vulcanization of the cord with the tire and a more precise adaptation to the shape of the damage.

The inserts are designed to allow easy insertion through the steel cord of radial passenger or commercial tires. These cords are additionally protected by a blue protective film. It enables the clean insert to be inserted into the tire damage, ensuring a tighter connection with the repaired surface.

Due to their versatility, the cords allow for sealing and repair of punctures at sharp and unconventional angles.

To ensure the best results, it is recommended to use the inserts in combination with adhesive 14-008 or 14-511, available in our range.
