Short Valve Core GIGANT EM TR-C2
GIGANT EM valve core | Working pressure 0–15 bar | Sold per piece
The GIGANT EM TR-C2 is a short valve core used in wheel valves on large-format vehicles, farm machinery and construction equipment. If the core fails, there's no need to replace the entire valve — unscrewing the damaged core and fitting a new one is a much faster repair method than removing the whole valve from the rim.
What this core is for
In large-format valves, the core is what holds the tyre's pressure. Because it screws in rather than being fixed to the rest of the valve, wear or damage — a leak or a problem with the check function, for example — can be fixed without touching the rest of the valve. High build quality and a wide range of working parameters mean this core holds up under the demanding conditions typical of large machinery.
Design and construction
A durable part built for intensive use.

Frequently asked questions
Which valves does this core fit?
GIGANT EM-type valves used on large-format vehicle wheels, farm machinery and construction equipment, including the TRJ GIGANT valve series available in our store (6-17-650, 6-17-655, 6-17-670).
Do I need to replace the whole valve if the core is damaged?
Usually not. Failures most often come from the core itself rather than the whole valve, so in most cases unscrewing the damaged core and fitting a new one is enough — and it's faster than replacing the entire valve.
What pressure and temperature range is this core rated for?
The core is rated for a working pressure of 0–15 bar and temperatures from -54°C to +150°C, which covers most conditions found on farm and construction machinery.
How does the short version differ from other large-format valve cores?
The 27 mm length and 7.5 mm thread are matched to GIGANT EM-type valves — before buying, it's worth comparing these dimensions against the core currently fitted in your valve to confirm compatibility.
