Truck Tubeless Valve V3-21-10 TR-571C (Ø15.7mm)

Bent, screw-in metal valve | Rubber seal and spring-loaded core included | Metal cap with seal | Sold per piece

The V3-21-10 TR-571C is a metal, screw-in valve built for tubeless wheels on trucks, industrial vehicles, buses, and trailers. It shares its mounting hole with the rest of the Ø15.7 mm valve group in Our range, and its bent shape makes it comfortable to inflate the wheel even where access to the valve is limited.

What this valve is for

On a tubeless wheel, the valve itself — not a separate inner tube — is what keeps the air in, so its condition has a direct bearing on how airtight the whole wheel stays. The V3-21-10 TR-571C screws in from outside the rim, and the rubber seal at the point where the valve meets the wheel is compressed by the mounting nut, conforming to the mounting hole and blocking air from escaping along the stem — the stability and airtightness of the whole valve depend on this connection. The bent shape also makes the inflation tip easier to reach. A spring-loaded core holds the pressure, and the metal cap with its own seal keeps moisture and grit off it between inflations.

Applications

  • Tubeless truck wheels
  • Industrial and construction vehicles
  • Buses
  • Trailers and semi-trailers
  • Wheel setups with limited access to the valve, where the bend makes inflation easier
Installation tip Before fitting it, check that the rim hole matches the 15.7 mm mounting diameter — too loose or too tight a fit makes it harder to compress the rubber seal properly and can leave a slow air leak. Screw the valve in evenly, paying attention to which way the bend points so the inflation tip stays easy to reach once it's mounted. Afterward, checking for leaks with Xtra Seal leak detection fluid concentrate (236 ml), diluted with water at a 1:8 ratio, is worth doing — applied to the inflated tyre, it forms pink bubbles right where any air is escaping.

Frequently asked questions

How does this valve differ from the TR-570C?

Both are bent and share the same mounting hole (Ø 15.7 mm), but differ in overall length — the TR-571C measures 58 mm, while the TR-570C measures 51 mm. It's a small but real difference that can matter on certain wheel setups.

What's the point of the bend?

The bent stem makes it easier to connect a pump or gauge in situations where a straight valve would be awkward to reach — for instance, when the rim sits close to wheel housing components or a drum cover.

What rims does this valve fit?

It's built for rims with a 15.7 mm mounting hole, the size typically found on tubeless truck, industrial vehicle, bus, and trailer wheels. Measuring the rim hole before ordering is worth doing to rule out a mismatch.

Are any extra parts needed for installation?

No. The V3-21-10 TR-571C doesn't need a connector or a separate sealing washer — the rubber seal, spring-loaded core, and cap with seal are already included and are all it takes for an airtight fit.
