Radial inserts are designed for puncture repairs, reinforcement, and section repairs in any repairable area of radial tires for passenger cars, trucks, as well as agricultural and construction machinery.

Radial inserts are exceptionally strong while retaining high flexibility. They vulcanize chemically (cold), with heat, or in a two-step process (chemical + heat).

Radial patches are made of black rubber applied on top of high-quality blue active rubber, shaped on a 'mylar' substrate, which is pre-cut for easier removal.

Each of the radially arranged cord layers is cut in a special 'wavy' manner to distribute stress over a larger area. Furthermore, its end is specially wrapped to allow it to 'float' inside the rubber, preventing insert cracking at the cord ends or detachment from the tire, as can happen with products from other manufacturers.

To adhere radial patches, it is recommended to use Standard X-tra Seal adhesive or Super-Blu X-tra Seal adhesive. After completing the repair, it is advisable to use sealing fluid for patches - SEALINER X-tra Seal.

Inserts should be used according to the radial insert application chart.
