The Grzejki® Care Knee Warmer was designed for moments when your knee feels stiffer than usual and needs a bit of extra attention. A soft, elastic stretch band wraps comfortably around the knee, while a specially positioned heating element around the kneecap provides pleasant, even warmth all around the joint for many hours. The Velcro fastening makes it easy to adjust the fit, ensuring the warmer stays securely in place without squeezing or twisting as you move.
The slim profile of the band means it fits easily under trousers – it doesn’t stick out and doesn’t restrict freedom of movement. You can use the knee warmer at home, at work, while traveling, or after a long day on your feet, whenever you want to give your knees a little extra warmth and comfort.

HOW IT WORKS
The disposable warmers work based on the well-known iron oxidation reaction – in practice, this is simply controlled “rusting.” Instead of ending with a mechanic’s bill, however, it produces pleasant warmth. When used correctly, this process is safe and long-lasting, with the warmers maintaining a stable temperature for many hours. Both the ingredients and the reaction products are non-toxic, odorless, and easy to dispose of – once used, they can be thrown away with mixed household waste.
HOW TO USE
Grzejki® Care knee warmers consist of a knee-shaped heating section and two soft stretch fabric straps with Velcro fastenings. After removing the warmer from the packaging, place it on your knee so that the heating chambers are positioned around the kneecap. Wrap the fastening straps above the knee on the thigh and below the knee on the calf. Secure the straps with the Velcro on the opposite side of the warmer – this ensures the warmer stays in the desired position, gently held against the body to effectively transfer heat.
