WEDGE Inserts are strips designed for filling "nail-hole" damages. Thanks to their highly elastic layers of black rubber, WEDGE inserts can stretch up to 500% of their normal length, allowing for easy insertion through the steel cord of the tire. Once the nail is removed, the rubber returns to its original size and tightly fills the damage, conforming to its shape. Through complete vulcanization, they become a part of the repaired tire.
Instructions for use: Before application, peel off the protective fabric layer and position the strip appropriately in the nail hole. Install using the 14-216 nail, also available in our store under the "tools" section.
